Hi, I'm Jules Jones.

If you are a mother balancing a demanding career and a full household, you are likely carrying an invisible weight. Most of us were taught to keep the peace by saying yes to everyone else, ignoring our own rising stress until we are completely running on empty. We want to draw a line, but the moment we try, the guilt creeps in. We over-explain, we apologize for having needs, or we just blank out on what to say.

As a mental health nurse and a mom of twins, I know this exhaustion intimately. I’ve seen firsthand how swallowing your own boundaries eventually breaks your health. But here is the piece we often miss: you cannot simply think your way out of deep stress. To speak a boundary clearly, you have to find your footing and calm your nervous system first.

"A boundary isn't a wall to keep people out. It's just the truth of where you end and the rest of the world begins."
